那麼英文中怎麼表達“好曬”呢？
這裡我們分成兩部分來學習這些詞彙，第一部分是形容詞的“曬”，另一部分是動詞的“曬”。
形容詞：

bright / sunny
表達陽光充足，沒有陰天，沒有遮蓋，但不一定刺眼
例：
It's so bright / sunny outside!
外面太陽好大！

harsh /hɑːʃ/
刺眼的，能形容陽光刺眼、聲音刺耳，光線過於強烈
例：
The sun is so harsh. I can't open my eyes！
太陽真刺眼，我睜不開眼！

scorching /ˈskɔː.tʃɪŋ/
灼熱的，當你被太陽曬得感覺皮膚快燒起來的時候，你就可以用這個詞來形容太陽（又曬又熱的暴曬）。
例：
Can we go somewhere else? There are no trees in the square and the sun is scorching.
咱能去個別的地方嗎？這廣場上一棵樹都沒有，曬死人了！
動詞：

shine
to send out or reflect light
照耀；發光；反光
用shine這個詞客觀的表達了太陽發出光照這一現象，但是對於描述“太曬”這一程度來講，shine這個詞還沒有那麼強烈的感覺。
例：
Is that light shining in your eyes?
光晃你眼嗎？
The sun shone all afternoon.
整個下午陽光燦爛。

burn
“曬傷”。很明顯了，就是字面的意思，皮膚被曬得好像著火了，並且造成了實際的傷害。
例：
On her first day in the Caribbean Josie was badly burned
(= her skin became red and painful from too much sun).
到加勒比海的第一天，喬西就曬傷了。
Fair-skinned people burn easily in the sun.
白皮膚的人很容易曬傷。

scorch /skɔːtʃ/
（把…）烤（或燙、曬）得變色。和它的形容詞一個意思。

catch some rays
ray這裡就是指太陽的光線，catch rays就是接收了陽光的照射
例：
If it's fine, I'm going to hit the beach and catch some rays.
如果天氣好的話，我就去沙灘上曬曬太陽。

tan /tæn/
to become brown, or to make someone's body or skin, etc. brown, from being in the sun
曬成棕褐色的膚色
例：
Her skin tans very quickly in the summer.
她的皮膚在夏天很容易曬黑。
I need to tan my legs before the holiday.
我需要把腿哂黑才去度假。
