1、Since the electronic driving license came into effect on September 1, how is everything going?
電子駕照9月1日正式實施以來以來，整體情況如何？很多人可能還不瞭解電子駕照的功能和使用方法，能否再介紹下。
The last four days , I stopped several cars to check their driver’s licenses, one-third of them took out their mobile phone and showed me the electronic driver’s licenses. You can download 2 applications, one is called隨申辦市民雲， the other one is called上海交警. Both of them can be used as electronic driver’s license. When you open the app, you need to register with your real name and id number, then the information and image of your license will appear on the screen, you just need to show the screen to the police officer, it’s quite convenient.
你可以下載兩個應用軟件。一個叫做“隨申辦市民雲”，另一個叫做“上海交警”。他們都可以使用電子駕駛證功能的，當你打開了這個應用，你只需註冊你的真實姓名和賬號，隨後有關你駕駛證的信息和圖片將會顯示在你的屏幕上。你只需向警官展示你的屏幕即可，非常的方便。

9、 The e-driver license has also been used in some other Chinese cities, can we use the e-license when driving outside of the city?

Most of the cities in China have their own electronic license, and they only can be used in their own cities. Shanghai is no different. So if you go out of Shanghai, you still need to carry paper driver’s license with you.
