我是永恆的
我知道我是永恆的真我，永遠不會死亡。我也知道在較高意識層面，當我在光中成長時，時間的存在提供給我療愈頭腦的機會，我會智慧地利用時間。我已擁有我需要的一切。今天和每一天，我對自己非常有耐心，因為我知道我是永恆的。
I AM ETERNAL
I know that I am an eternal spirit and that I live forever. I also knowthat being in time provides me the opportunity to heal my mind while I grow in the light of my higher consciousness. 1 use this time wisely. I have all that I need. Today and every day I am every day I am very patient with myself because know that I am eternal.
