讀後感：
今天，讓我們來問自己一個問題：你有多久沒有靜下來，聽聽你的心跳聲，呼吸聲，以及周圍的聲音了？
這篇文章讓我反思。我張開耳朵，安靜心靈，去聽周圍的聲音。我聽見自己的心跳聲，呼吸聲，房間裡的空氣加溼器的運作聲，窗外車輛偶爾的鳴笛聲，壓過路面的沙沙聲，窗外枝頭的喜鵲，鴿子咕咕嚕嚕聲，夜晚的風聲不知道打在誰家的窗欞聲，樓上突然東西掉在地板上的哐當聲，狗叫聲，貓叫聲，這些聽起來都不再是噪音，而折射出生活的寧靜，平靜的生活。很容易讓人入睡。如果你也有躺在床上，腦海裡就開始像過電影一樣，不管多麼久遠的一個人一句話，七零八碎的，都會跳出來，試一試聽聽身邊的聲音，會好一點，至少心聲換了。

這篇文章中還有一個觀點是說，我們傾聽時，聽自己或是他人，是如何傾聽的？文中說：
“你是否帶著你的推測傾聽？通過你的預測，你的雄心、慾望、恐懼以及焦慮去傾聽？”

在我們學習語言的時候，聽老師講課往往存在這樣的現象。老師喜歡像一張白紙一樣的學生，從接到手裡的那時起，因材施教，從頭打磨。如果是有點語言基礎的，往往在學習的過程中，他們就會存在很多質疑，我聽得最多的，就是英語怎麼這麼難，漢語多簡單，我只能說，如果你是英國人，你就會調過來說。而進行語言對比，那是專家教授們研究的領域了。這個時候為何不嘗試放下自己的屏障去聽取學習，特別是一門語言，否則你在心裡是不接受的，興趣也就逐漸消失了。

找到一種不僅要傾聽當下所說更要去傾聽世間萬物的方法，難道不是很重要嗎？去傾聽大街上的喧鬧聲，鳥兒的啁啾聲，電車的響聲，翻騰的海浪聲，你丈夫/妻子或朋友的聲音，嬰兒的啼哭聲。
