Adversity can happen to any of us at any time, and it happens all the time. Some catastrophes are either immediate or just around the corner. To ignore adversity is to deceive ourselves. 我們每個人都可能遭遇困境，並且它時常發生。有些大災難不是即刻發生就是待在角落等待時機。忽視逆境其實就是在欺騙自己。
