面試官問這個問題是想確認,你是有合理的理由辭職的,你是一個好員工,請記住,千萬不要說你前僱主的壞話,要尊重前僱主,並且告訴面試官你合理的辭職理由,類似薪資太低之類。


這裡教大家一些比較萬能的說法:

-I'm looking for new challenges.

我正在尋找新挑戰

-I feel I wasn't able to show my talents.

我感覺在那裡 我無法展現我的才能

-I'm looking for a job where I can grow with the company.

我想找一份能和公司一起成長的工作

-I've been working at ABC company for five years and learned a lot from working with some smart guys there.

面試官問這些問題,是想知道你對公司的忠誠度有多少,你大概會在公司呆多久,你不需要回答你的個人生活是如何的,也不需要表現出非常大的野心,因為這未必是件好事,公司有可能會覺得你是一個潛在的威脅


這裡教大家一些比較萬能的說法:

-My short term goal is to improve my marketing skills.

我的短期目標就是提高我的營銷技能


句型:My short term goal is to___.


-I can become more independent in what I do and more productive.

我可以在工作上更加獨立並且更有成效


句型:I can become___.


-I've always loved to teach. I like to grow newer employees and help co-workers with their career.

我一直很喜歡教書 我喜歡幫助新員工成長 幫助同事發展事業

說說你對我們公司的瞭解吧

-What do you know about our company?

對我們公司你都瞭解多少呢


面試官問到上述問題時,他是想知道你對待這份工作的態度,所以,在面試前,你就要有意識的去準備該如何回答這個問題。


這裡教大家一些比較萬能的說法:

-ABC company's reputation is certainly a factor.

ABC公司的信譽是我看中的一個因素


句型:___is certainly a factor.


-I would be proud to work for a company with such a long history of leadership in the history.

能在這樣一家歷史悠久的公司工作 我感到非常自豪

-A good friend of mine has been working in this company and told me that the company culture is all about innovation.

句型:How well you handle___? (你處理...的能力如何呢?)


面試官問上述問題時,是想知道你處理問題的能力,是否有能力處理某些問題,不要簡短的回答,記住,最好是給出一些實例去支撐你的觀點,這樣更容易使人信服。


下面給出一個回答的思路:

第一,描述你在上一份工作時遇到的一些情況

第二,告訴面試官你是如何處理的

第三,告訴面試官你處理之後的結果是如何的(當然了,挑好的結果說就行)


下面舉些例子:

-I believe dealing with change is a requirement in the workplace.

我認為應對變化的能力是工作時必要的技能
