本案作為一個改善性住房，業主拿著戶型圖找到設計師楊岸江（江湖人稱改哥），原以為只是一個經驗老道的設計師，卻發現他的另一重身份--家裡有兩個少爺的奶爸。於是一拍即合。擁有豐富生活經驗的改哥用自己對生活的理解和對孩子的愛為業主打造了這樣一套 去風格化 的專屬美宅。把設計師和奶爸的角色演繹的淋漓盡致。

改善性住宅給了改哥更多的可操作空間，電梯入戶的戶型讓鞋櫃等儲物空間可以妥善的安排在入戶處，玄關處就更多了一份裝飾性。此處不做什麼造型，僅僅用幾根線條做畫留給軟裝設計師更多的想象空間，達到移步換景的意境。

正如改哥所說，好的空間是利於孩子奔跑的，他完全貫徹了這個理念。把原本各種狹小的空間完全打開，再整合到一起，形成一個開闊的無障礙空間，能給孩子更多的玩耍空間。

房價如此高的今天，設計師不僅要把控所呈現的效果，還要更大程度的利用空間。主臥處把原有的混亂空間整合，儲物間變成衣帽間，衛生間徹底打開，大大提升使用感受。
