PART ONE :Interview
這一部分如同之前總結的那樣,考官提問,我們回答兩三個15詞的句子即可。
publicity 問答舉例:
·What do you think are the major tools of publicity ?
你認為宣傳的主要工具有哪些?
--The major tools of publicity are feature article(新聞特寫) , news conference(新聞發佈會) , product advertising / advertisement(產品廣告),and sponsorship(節目贊助).
·What do you think is the responsibility of a public relations director ?
公共關係經理的職責是什麼?
--The responsibility of a public relations director is to maintain or create a favoral relationship between the company and the public , safeguard a favorable image of the organization and its products(保持組織和它的產品的良好的形象).

PART TWO :Mini-presentati
這一部分自己時間的把控十分重要。
120詞左右的小演講,題目給出的兩個論點再加上自己思考出的一個分析點,每個點2個15詞的句子,再加上開頭及總結句就可以。

以上為題目格式,分析利弊,而我們要在草稿紙上多加一個論點(例子) :
-多元化的選擇 (diversified 多樣化的) / 媒體人保持良好的關係
SUCH AS:
For publicity to be effective , an organization's publicity efforts should be thorough (詳細的,周密的) , and regular .
(提出點1) The organization should have a publicity over a long period of time and make constant efforts(長久的努力) in carrying it out (在貫徹執行上)...
(點2) There should be some publicity personnel responsible for an organization's publicity program(宣傳人員為宣傳進程負責) . It should be directed by a designated individual or department(應該被特定的人或者部門來領導)...
(點3) Good professional relationships with media personnel are also important , because ...(reporters ,editors ,ect.)

PART THREE: Collaborative Task and Discussion
第三部分十分重要,相較於前兩點也要更加的難一些,因為除了基本的時間掌控,更重要的是兩個人的配合,節奏的把握。
這一點第一次見面的口試同伴是很難做到的,口語水平不同,熟悉的討論模式不一樣,所有練就強的應變能力很重要,搭檔思路斷掉你要及時接話,她說的時間過長就要立刻打斷他。
publicity 題目舉例:
Avoid Negative Publicity
You are the senior managers of an airline company . The company had just a major air crash .
You have been asked to offer some suggestions to avoid negative publicity for the company .
Discuss the sitation together , and decide :
·what measures the Airlines should take to avoid negative publicity
·what the company should do with the advertising that is being aired
大致釋義:你是一家航空公司的高級經理。航空公司發生了一場大空難(air crash),公司請你們就如何避免負面公眾影響提出建議,討論並決定:
·公司應該採取什麼措施避免負面公眾影響
·公司對正在播出的廣告應該應該採取什麼措施
分別的兩個小論點(思考流程):
- 避免負面影響採取的措施:
- 安撫遇難家屬的情緒 + 召開記者招待會澄清事件
2 .對正在播出的廣告採取的措施: 這個問題比較糾結,主要取決於公眾反應,所以延遲(suspending)播放廣告一個星期觀察一段時間比較好。(當然也可以直接回答繼續播放廣告,但是輿論環境方面還是要考慮,避免把問題更加嚴重化)
SUCH AS:
A: I think our company should take measures immediately to avoid negative publicity . (引出第一個問題的討論)
B: It's ture . First of all , I think our company should issue a news release(發佈一篇新聞稿) within twenty-four hours(24小時內處理問題,快速的處理這類問題十分的重要) to inform the public that this air crash is just an unexpected accident .
A: I agree . Besides , our company should do everything possible to help those affected by the crash .

B: Yes , we ought(應該) to make arrangements(準備) for victims' relatives(遇難者家屬) to fly to the crash site(災難發生的地點) and offer all kinds of assistance(援助,幫助) to them ...
A: Yes . I'm quite with you here . What's more , we should assign some staff to help victims' families cope with the tragedy(處理這場災難) .

B: And in order to avoid negative publicity , we should also cooperate with the media well , because there will be a lot of reports of this accident...
A: Yes , we are supposed to demonstrate to the reporters the extensive training our pilots have received ...(展示飛行員受過大量的訓練,減少負面公眾影響)
B: Holding a news conference to tell the media that crash was not caused by the pilot in the plane is a good chance ...
A: Of course , as for the advertising for our company , what do you think we should do with it? (引出第二個問題的討論)
B: The advertising has created powerful effects in that the number of passengers has greatly increased . But it would remind people of the crash .
A: Therefore , it probably has negative impact on the company , thus I do believe it won't be a good idea to advertise our company .How about suspending it for just a week ...
B: OK , we may suspend it for just a week . (結語)

Answer:
The major advantage of publicity is credibility (可信性) .When we read a favorable story about a company's product , we tend to believe it and also can have a specific acknowledge to the product(對產品有更具體的認知) .
