練習感恩,寫下能想到的你所感激的事情,越多越好。practice gratitude.Write down as many things you regrateful for that you can think of.The more the better.

打電話給朋友或家人。無論何時因為何事讓我悲傷,我都應該學會求助以及向別人伸出援助之手。call a friend or family member.I really had to learn to ask for help and reach out whenever I feel sad or whatever.

看你最喜歡的電影或者聽你最喜歡的音樂(令人快樂的音樂)。watch your favorite movie or listen to your favorite music(happy uplifting music).

宣洩出來:大聲叫喊,打你的枕頭,哭出來,不要壓抑你的情緒。承認你的情緒,放它們走。做你喜歡的事情,對我來說這會是烘焙,它就像治療。let it out. Scream out lout and beat up your pillow.Cry.Don't compress your feelings.Acknowledge them and then let them go.do something you enjoy.For me this would be baking.It's like therapy.
