Electives and extracurricular activities are vital to producing a well-rounded,team-oriented candidate.

可以節省培訓成本，因為培訓新人需要大量的時間及公司資源。而有經驗的候選人不需要大量的指引就能馬上開始積極展開工作。

2.1 分論點
題目的核心在於比較“STEM學科”和“學生感興趣的學科”，如果考生同意該topic（STEM學科更好），那麼可以從“知識”，“技能”，以及“社會發展趨勢”等要點去討論。
如果考生不同意該topic（“學生感興趣的學科”），那麼可以從“興趣”和“創造力”等要點討論。
