全跏趺坐。左手掌心向上結禪定印，右手下垂作觸地印。身著袒右肩袈裟，其上飾有格狀纏枝花卉錯金紋飾，以表現百衲衣的外形。軀體輪廓突顯，結跏的膝間露出的裙角宛如倒置的摺扇，紋褶呈放射狀。像身光燦的鎏金與古銅色的衲衣，相互映襯，愈顯典雅華貴。臺座下方為桃形的仰覆蓮花座，蓮瓣寬肥，製作精緻。蓮臺不似常規斯瓦特橢圓結構，而是在下面加上一個託墊，呈現肅穆莊嚴之態。造像整體保持著傳統的模式，姿態平穩和諧，造型古雅依舊。
