學位要求，2.1，等同於國內本科 75-80，具體根據本科大學（含成教與函授）層次而定
背景要求，建築及其他緊密相關專業+RIBA Part 1認證
2.語言要求：
雅思6.5，單項5.5
託福90分(聽力17分，閱讀18分，口語20分，寫作17分)。
