就近一致原則
就近一致即指謂語的人稱和數與靠近它的那個主語保持一致
1、there be A and B 句式中的 be 動詞常與 A 保持一致
There is one table and three chairs in the room.
房間裡有一張桌子和三把椅子。
There are three tables and one chair in the room.
房間裡有三張桌子和一把椅子。
2、當主語中出現了 or，either…or…，neither…nor…，not only…but also…時，謂語動詞要根據就近原則與離謂語最近的主語保持一致
Neither he nor I am a student now.
他和我現在都不是學生了。
