cross the line字面意思：是越過某條界線,（公路，鐵路，終點線都可以）比賽中“衝刺“的意思
引申為：觸犯了某項禁忌或者規則。 做了過分的/出格的事情。
例句:Passengers must cross the line by the footbridge
旅客必須由天橋穿過馬路。
Passengers must not cross the line.
乘客止步.
My father would never cross the line like that.
我爸從來不會幹那麼出格的事.
