過生日拍張照片，大家一起happy不是什麼新鮮事兒。然而，美國第一夫人梅拉尼婭的這一張生日照，讓很多網友都happy了一把——當然，可能她自己除外。
在自己49歲生日的時候，梅拉尼婭“不小心”成為了全網流行梗，而這都是因為白宮官方推送了一張她獨自坐在沙發上的照片。
Melania Trump has become the butt of jokes on her 49th birthday of all days after the White House paid tribute to the first lady with an awkward photo of her sitting alone on a couch.
白宮官推發的這張照片拍攝於3月份，當時美國總統特朗普在白宮橢圓辦公室會見了捷克總理安德烈•巴比什。白宮官推還在照片上註明：生日快樂，第一夫人。
The White House tweeted a picture of Melania seated by herself in the Oval Office in March during President Donald Trump's meeting with Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis to wish FLOTUS a 'Happy Birthday' last Friday.

照片中的梅拉尼婭，身著綠色外套，雙腿交叉坐在沙發一側。她的眼神望向遠端，並沒有看向丈夫特朗普。

梅拉尼婭雖然坐在那裡，但是聚集在周圍的美方人員，卻沒有聚焦於她——他們“長槍短炮”拍攝的對象在畫面之外。

It was far from the more typical happy, smiley, family photos that usually mark a happy occasion like a birthday. Mrs Trump looks very much alone and isolated and neither her husband Donald Trump or her son are seen anywhere.
那麼，問題就來了！梅拉尼婭美圖一大把，白宮方面為何專選這一張？網友們紛紛表示理解不能：
“這真是一張蹩腳的照片。為什麼不用一張她在做其他事情的照片來祝她生日快樂呢？”
“你為什麼專挑這一張？”
“祝她生日快樂，結果你卻挑了一張第一夫人看上去慘兮兮的，並且一堆麥克風和攝像機的焦點在關注其他人的照片？秀啊！”
“這看上去太奇怪了，我們又要開始#解救梅拉尼婭行動了嗎？”
一開始網友們還在正經八百的揣測，或者認為生日圖好歹不應該這樣。隨著圖片的流傳，很快大家的腦洞就合不上了！梅拉尼婭再次成為網紅表情包。
While many agreed that it was a bizarre photo to be shared in honor of someone's birthday, the number of memes it has inspired has brought plenty of people of joy.
據《每日郵報》報道，目前特朗普還沒有在社交媒體上提及老婆生日的相關帖子，不過他給自己的支持者們發了郵件，聲稱要為梅拉尼婭的生日卡籌集到100萬份簽名。
Trump has yet to post a birthday message to his wife on social media, though he did send out a mass email to supporters asking for one million signatures for her birthday card the day before.
特朗普在郵件裡寫道：
“我需要你們的幫助。我們無與倫比的第一夫人梅拉尼婭的生日要到了，我希望為她做點特別的事情，因為她對我就是如此特別。”
“I need your help. Our FANTASTIC First Lady Melania’s birthday is right around the corner, and I want to do something special for her because she is so special to me.”
“我們都知道梅拉尼婭是一位非常棒的妻子、母親以及第一夫人。幫我告訴她，美國人民是多麼愛她！”
“We all know that Melania is an INCREDIBLE wife, mother, and First Lady. Help me show her how much the American people love her!”
當然，這已經不是特朗普第一次在老婆過生日的時候“耍花招”了。去年梅拉尼婭過生日的時候，特朗普就在節目上表示自己太忙，沒空買禮物。

而在節目一開始，特朗普甚至表示自己上節目，就是給老婆的禮物啦！
At the beginning of the interview, Trump even suggested that the Fox News appearance itself might be considered a gift.
而至於有沒有點實際的東西呢？特朗普卻說：
“呃，我覺得我最好還是不要說了，不然我會有麻煩，因為我沒給她準備啥……”
"Well I better not get into that, because I may get in trouble," he said. "Maybe I didn't get her so much …"
所以，按照這樣的畫風，看來梅拉尼婭今年應該也不會收到啥禮物了……
