China has to carefully reduce in a planned way the treasury holding as any sudden drop will only hurt china as the prices will fall and yield will go up and maybe other countries, pension funds may pick up the treasuries to improve their returns. The impact may not be that much as US economy is getting stronger. The Russians have started reducing their US treasuries too after the US sanctions, but it has not created much impact.

減少美債持有量，中國應小心行事，要是大幅減持，造成價格下降，對中國也是損失。

美國經濟越來越強勁了，減持美債對美國的影響也許沒那麼大。

遭到美國製裁後，俄羅斯也開始減少美債持有量，但是沒有造成多大影響。

You guys comment on China Vs India. But don''t know how China accumulated that wealth over time. They pay peanuts to their workers in job, don''t pay anything when jobless. So they can sell Chinese goods cheap to the World. But in India, can you workers accept Chinese concept?? It will be Strike nation wide by the same communists here.

Plus by all means they kept their currency weaker against USD in-spite of 3-5 Trillion in China banks. It is a loot on the World Market by China- last 50-60 Yrs.

Now since US is imposing tariff on Chinese goods, China is trying to weak their currency further to avoid real tariff to US.
