out of the 80 mill players they supposedly have, 1 out of 80 players will get a skin most likely. Like we have in Europe pool party fiora and arcade corki/sona that gets given out for lan events something similar happens there too.

It's a demonstration event, so the medals aren't counted in the total medals. But the next Asian Games in 2022 will be held in China. So I wonder how hype it will be for the first non-demonstration LoL game, and what will they give to the server if they get another Gold medal.

I do think that they should pass a rule that you can have a maximum of two players from the same team in the national roster though.

That would be completely stupid. In the Asian games you aren't representing the LPL and the LCK you are representing China and Korea. Denying deserving players from representing their country because they're on the same team is unfair to them. Absolutely nothing stopped Korean from sending the entire KT team.
