本次會議擬定於同濟大學四平路校區（四平路1239號）逸夫樓舉行。
由浦東機場出發，可搭乘地鐵2號線東延伸段廣蘭路方向（廣蘭路站換乘）->地鐵2號線徐涇東方向（南京東路站換乘）->地鐵10號線新江灣城方向（同濟大學站下車）抵達同濟大學四平路校區，全程約1小時30分鐘。若搭乘出租車約160元，路程42公里，耗時50分鐘。
