You don't go there
你別跟我提這個事
當別人和你談起了涉及你痛點的事情，你想結束話題，你就可以說You don't go there, 來表達：“你別和我提這個事”；You don't go there 比 you don't mention it 更加口語化，委婉自然的讓對方不要再問下去.
例句:
Have you bought a house？
買房了嗎？
Don't go there.
咱不聊這個。
You don't say
OMG！真的呀！
真的嗎? = really？
Really是帶有懷疑性質的問 “真的，假的？”帶有質疑，不相信對方的意思！
真的呀! = You don't say!
You don't say 表示驚訝於對方說的話，意思是天呢！真的呀！
例句：
I'm a writer.
我是作家
You don't say. What kind of book are you writing?'
真的呀！那你寫哪方面的書？
You don't ......
不讓別人做某事
表達不讓別人做某事，儘量不使用“don't ”因為：不禮貌！
禮貌的表達：
You'd better not go there.
你最好別去那裡
You'd better not go there alone by reason of your age.
由於你的年齡關係，你最好不要單獨去那裡。
