7.當東西已經足夠好了，但是你還想更好的時候，你可以用下面這幾個動詞：
polish up（改善，潤色）
tweak（改進，擰）
refine（完善，提煉）
enhance（增強，提高）
She needs to polish up her acting skills.（她需要提升她的演技。）I need some more time to tweak my presentation.（我需要花多點時間來改改我的ppt）We have been able to refine our earlier designs.（我們已經能夠完善我們先前的設計了。）He tried to enhance his image by dressing more smartly.（他試著通過穿得好看一點來提升形象。）8.動詞“perfect”可以表示你想把一樣東西變得完美。注意它做動詞時重音在第二個音節，而作為形容詞的“perfect”（完美的）重音在第一個音節。
I’ve spent years perfecting my recipe for strawberry jam.（我花了好幾年來把我的草莓醬配方弄得完美。）如果你死等完美的到來，那你啥都做不到。
