人銀文化紀念幣15枚（收於2019年）紀念幣是法定貨幣，包括普通紀念幣和貴金屬紀念幣。質量為普制或精製；限量發行。普通紀念幣與現行流通人民幣職能相同，與同面額人民幣等值流通。貴金屬紀念幣不能流通。
普通紀念幣自1984年10月1日發行的"建國三十五週年"紀念幣開始至2019年12月已發行115枚。貴金屬紀念幣自1979年第一套貴金屬紀念幣"中華人民共和國建國三十週年"發行開始。
