近日，國外疫情愈演愈烈，很多國家紛紛採取“封城”措施，例如美國舊金山宣佈將從16日午夜起封城。同時在疫情的籠罩下，一些國家也出現了動亂，據有關消息報道，巴西超1350名囚犯越獄，可見此次疫情對世界各國都是一個很大的衝擊，影響頗深。
