Eggshell 蛋殼


eggshell (noun):

the thin, hard, outer layer of an egg.

薄而硬的雞蛋外層


例:

Yolk /jəʊk/ 蛋黃


yolk (noun):

the round yellow part in the middle of an egg.

例::

雞蛋的透明液體部分。煮熟後變成白色。


例:

Meringue is a sweet ingredient made from whipped egg white and sugar.
