大家好，已經連續一週了，雨都沒有停的任何跡象，說來這裡的天氣野怪，基本都是維持在下午下雨。上午火辣的太陽高高掛，下午就逐漸烏雲密佈，說下就下，沒得商量，不過這幾天，雨改變了原先的套路，開始是上午下個不停，有時通天都在下，因為以前天熱，希望下雨能夠解暑，可是這些天又不想讓老天爺下雨了，因為有時下雨耽誤工作，甚至無法工作。
Hello,everybody.it has been rainning for much more week,it is still rainning without any sign/indication/phenomenon in stopping/cease/pausing/quit.it is odd/unfamilar when we talk about /speech /disguss the local /native/resident/south pacific islang weather,it rains before noon everyday.it offen was clear above 12 oclock and the hot /torrid sun is hanging over up our bodies,and then abruptly/instantly rains while affternoon is on,it is very strange,maybe we do not understand tropical/southpacific atmosphere/climate/wether.the black/ebony/ravenous clouds will be gathering so quick/fast/swift/rapid/that no one can make a efficient response for its rush/gust/vomit/erupt/outbreak.it will be rainning as its wishes/thinkings witn no confering/discuss/prophet/omens/portents/signs.it is its essence and natures.but it changed its temper/route/path/avenue,it was always rainning at AM，and rencetly,rainning through one day,it puzzled all of us /confused us absolutely. before it shown its inchement features ,we prayed/expected/hoped to give me shower as it was too hot,causing workers complaining,and got relieve summer heat for us,but now we do hope it pauses for our production and maintainances work,or it will delay/put off /procrastinate our process plan/aim/target.
是啊，這個國家的雨季是真的來了，雖然今年的雨季相比往年推遲了，但是終究還是來了。原本以為今年的雨季取消了或推遲了，能夠對公司有益，可是該來的還是會來，只是遲到罷了。自從公司的新球磨機安好之後，公司的生產運行基本走上正軌，可是有很小一部分外部因素限制了公司的正常運行，比如雨季，雨量大導致礦不能快速而有效的運出來，幸好公司有礦場，提前預備了礦量，但是還需要加把勁，不能因天氣情況影響礦的供應。
It is confirmed/certained that the monsoon/rainning season has been coming up.altough it has been put off/delaied/procrastinated,finally,it is running on its orbit.at the beginnng it would have been cancelled or put off,now we are hopeless/failt,if it follows our wishes,it will benefit/contribute to company,but we can not block/intercept/obstruct/hinder/prevent/impede its coming.it is natural rules,we can do nothing whie we face/confront natuel. since our new mill machine had been installed welll at ptp plant,the company has been roaded/ initiated/launced formal way/orbit in processing progresses/stages/steps.of course,we had some tiny/trivial affairs,but their trivial affairs will not affact formal whole producton.for example the raining season ,if too much rain/heavy rain will cause shutdown at haulage of tailings,but we are lucky of tailing storage,compang transported/hauled much/considerable tounage over there,we not worried about that but limited in finite time.so we must prepare measures/preparation in advance/ahead of shortage /lack/scarse of tounage.meet our production.
其次，雨季來了，要時刻做好防洪工作，特別是礦漿吸附車間的尾堰，必須保持低液位，這樣以來，能有效的預留出緩衝時間；再一個就是浸出區域的主尾堰，和吸附車間的作用同等重要，甚至更重要，否則因雨水氾濫，導致環保事故，那是非常嚴重的，必須提高警惕，緊張起來。
Secondly,the monsoon came up,we must make preparation of flood-proof/anty-flood.especially in making pulp area,and cip bund,make sure the level of water in bund is low to see the cement or bottom,keep a considerate distance/range from bottom to top edge of wall ,so it can resever the precious time when water going into bund avoiding overflow,start the flood sump pump in time/puntually,leave buffer time for us in order to carry out/start/answer/respond to /enforce/excute our planed emergency instants.or in case of rainy water flooding /inundating/deluging ,the following result wil be severe/terrible/serious/torrential,it is too late to control.so we must put it in our senible/nervious brain,maintain us clear/vigilent in mind.
再者，雨季來了，安全事故可能會頻發，像道路溼滑導致人身安全事故，設備故障事故，特別需要工人注意的是安全用電，因為電是無形的而又無處不在的，還有就是，老舊廠房遺留下來的電纜都用了很長時間，會不會出現問題，心裡都一直打著個問號，再一個就是現場老舊的電纜都是走的明線，這就給電纜損傷埋下了安全隱患，也給心裡打了個問號，希望在巡查設備的同時，再多加註意，保持警惕！最後就是消防設施，必須確保消防設施可用，像消防水源、消防器具、以及各種安全防護用具的充沛。
Thirdly,as we knew it is rainning nearly everyday .safety instances will offen happen around us.it is like sliding roda,equipments,facilities,especially power-safety,if you are derelict/ignorent/negligent of your position,the scary instances will falling on you /descending on you .so i emphesize one iterm electricity,it is invisible/intangible/bodiless/immaterial of electricity,and danger is everywhere,particularly,we receive/accept many old cables used for long time and using untill now ,what problems it happen ?we keep/leave/stay questions in mind ,as well the cables are exposed under the torrid sunlight,some are cracking in its rubber peels,so it is hidden/protential dangers/risks .once it happens,it will brew/form/evolve/develop/thrive big disaster/catastrophe,so we must pay much attentions to them when have a around of plant checking,no matter who finds /smells sign/indication/phenomenon ,please inform/notify you direct/inmmediate superior quickly/promptly/rapidly. at last i want to speech our fire-fighting equipment/fire-fighting device,guarrten plant fire-fighting facilites must be efficient and avalible/sustainable no matter when ,for example .fire-water,fire-hydrants/ fire-hosing/fire-reel/fire-board/fire-truck/fire engine/firemen/firefighters and so on ,must prepare for everything of emergencies
