Mamadou Gassama, a Malian migrant, hailed as a hero after mounting a daring rescue to save a small boy dangling from a balcony in Paris, is to be made a French citizen.
這位小夥子名叫Mamadou Gassama，是個馬裡移民，他在巴黎勇氣可嘉地救了一名掛在陽臺上的幼童，為此，他被人們稱為英雄，他也即將成為法國公民。

Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo was among those to praise the 22-year-old's heroism and said she had called him to thank him. She referred to him as the "Spiderman of the 18th", referring to the Paris district where the rescue took place, calling him an "example for all citizens".
巴黎市長安妮·伊達爾戈也對22歲的Mamoudou的見義勇為大加誇讚，並給他直接打去電話，親自致謝。安妮把他稱作“十八區的蜘蛛俠”，十八區就是這次救援的地點。安妮還說他英勇的行為是“所有市民的榜樣”。
Mamoudou還受到法國總統馬克龍約見致謝，被授予法國公民身份，順便還解決了就業問題，加入了消防隊。
After meeting him at the Elysee Palace, President Macron personally thanked Mr Gassama, gave him a medal for courage and said he would also be made a naturalised citizen and offered a role in the fire service.
從無證移民到法國公民，一個善意之舉，改變了他的一生。
Mr Gassama is said to have arrived in France last year, taking the long and dangerous journey to Europe via a boat over the Mediterranean to Italy. The drama that thrust him to fame unfolded on Saturday evening on a street in the north of the city.
據稱，Gassama是去年來到法國的。他乘坐了一隻跨越地中海前往意大利的小船，長途跋涉、歷盡千難萬險來到歐洲。而這次讓他名聲大振的事件發生於26日晚巴黎北部的一條街上。
事後Mamoudou說，看到孩子時，自己沒有多想，直接衝了上去。
Mr Gassama said he had been walking past when he saw a crowd gathered in front of the building. He told Mr Macron: "I just didn't have time to think, I ran across the road to go and save him."
Gassama說當時自己正好路過，發現一棟建築的前面聚集了大量人群。他對馬克龍說：“當時沒時間多想了，於是我便衝過馬路去救他了。”
"I just climbed up and thank God, God helped me. The more I climbed the more I had the courage to climb up higher, that's it," he added.
他補充說道：“於是我開始向上爬，感謝老天爺幫助我。我越向上爬，就越有勇氣爬得更高，就是這樣而已。”
他說當他把那個男孩拉到安全的地方時，孩子大哭不止，有一隻腳也受傷了。消防員到達現場時，小男孩已經平安無事了。
"Luckily, there was someone who was physically fit and who had the courage to go and get the child," a spokesperson said.
消防隊一名發言人感嘆，“現場有這樣體魄強健而且有勇氣去救孩子的人，真的非常幸運。”
下面圍觀的人，不斷為小夥的行為鼓掌、加油吶喊！小夥子也身手矯健，從遠處拍攝的視頻中，能更清楚地看到這位來自非洲的青年不凡的身手，幾個攀爬動作像是飛上去的。
